An automatically added time stamp, when necessary to certify the time that an electronic transaction took place.
Time stamping is a process during which the Trust Center’s Certification Authority (CA) adds a real-time time stamp into a digital document and then digitally signs this document, in order to certify the exact time that the digital signature was added. The real time is determined through synchronization with satellite clocks, thus ensuring maximum precision.
Document Signer is an enterprise application that provides the necessary functionalities and executes encryption services for applications and documents in environments that are not connected with (or do not support) encryption devices.
