Corporate Governance Code
Corporate governance refers to the relationships among a company’s administration, Board of Directors, shareholders and other interested parties. The purpose of corporate governance is to provide a company with the structures that will enable it to set and achieve its goals, identify potential risks and organize its risk management system. At the same time, corporate governance allows people to monitor the work and the results of the company’s administration.
Byte has adopted and is implementing the principles of corporate governance, thus protecting and promoting the legal interests of all persons connected to the company, as well as enhancing transparency in its communication with shareholders, partners, employees and investors.
To us, compliance with the principles of corporate governance is not just a formal requirement.
